                             公司介绍

    南通佳华钢业制造有限公司是生产船舶舾装件、各种金加工件以及钢结构的多门类民营独资企业。船舶舾装件除为国内先进的造船企业中远川崎配套，还出口日本川崎重工、三井物产、三菱重工千叶工厂等公司；金加工件为东芝机械(上海)有限公司、美国哈兰、芬兰汇川等公司的机械设备、钢结构产品提供零部件；并参加上海歌剧院、南浦大桥、上海大东17万吨级钢结构船坞、上海高架桥、重庆机场、新疆乌鲁木齐体育馆等大型钢结构工程施工。南通佳华涂装有限公司与之配套服务，并对外承接船舶、各类钢结构件的防腐涂装业务。

   公司拥有6米龙门铣，315t压力机，80t冲床及其他剪板机，各种机床设备70多台套。南通佳华涂装有限公司拥有钢结构件的喷砂、磷化、喷漆的成套设备。

                               除锈、涂装能力简介
一、 除锈
  1. 喷砂除锈——室内喷砂室180㎡，除锈等级Sa2.5 or St3，露天1800㎡。
  2. 酸洗磷化除锈——酸洗、磷化、中和池各长*宽*高=2.5m*1.8m*1m,酸洗除锈出白。

     Nantong Jiahua Steel Manufacture co.,ltd has been established in May 2000.Our company business scope are mainly in producing general machine parts for Japan Toshiba Machine co.,ltd .Fabricating shell and open-frame of plane tractor for Harlan company U.S.A ,Producing Marine equipment component parts and shipping outfitting for NACKS,MHl, IHI,Kawasaki, koei kinzoku of Japan's shipyard.

    Our company has register fund RMB 8,000,000,It has an area of about 12000㎡ while the construction area is about 5500㎡ we own the capital asserts of more than RMB 5,000,000.such as electric welding machine and semi-automatic Co2 profecting welding machine,6m planing machine,315 tons pressing machine and other kinds of machine tools.

   In our company, the various workers are more than 180 persons, among them, more than 20 persons owned the tile of senior or secondary technical post.There are six engineering  groups with more than 700 persons are working for some large shipyard and steel construction plants that distributed all over the country, such as Shanghai , Nantong NACKS, Zhangjiagan, Suzhou.

   Our company is situated in Gangzha Economic Developing Area of Nantong Jiangsu province There is Nantong Airport in the cast and Tongsa terry crossing.Ningtong cxprcssway.Nantong East Depot of car and Nantong railway station are very near. Communication by air, land and water is easy.
